A) If you wish to buy from one of the shops listed on "CONTACT page, than you will pay as the store asks (on line, cash, PO, etc.)

 

B) If you want to buy directly from us, than you have to follow the next steps:

 

Step 1 - Choose, from "PRODUCTS" pages, what you want to buy. Study carefully the

              specification of each product. For stock availability or any additional

              information do not hesitate to contact us.    

 

Step 2 - Send your order using message form from "CONTACT" page, or at the

              email address magicpetsworld@gmail.com.  Please specify in your order

              the following:

                   - the code and the quantity for every product (atention - a product may

                     have several codes, each code corresponds to a certain product size

                     and a certain price - the prices in USD are for deliveries outside of

                     Romania);

                   - first name, second name, personal identification number, mobile

                     number, delivery address (for individuals);

                   - company name, registration number at the Commerce Registry, Unique

                     Registration Code (CUI), Bank, account number, delivery address, contact

                     person, mobile number (for companies); 

 

Step 3 - In maximum 24 hours after you have placed your order, you will receive our

              answer containing: order confirmation, delivery term, shipping cost and,

              proforma invoice.  

 

Step 4 - Make a payment to our account. The payment amount will include the value

              of the merchandise, the shipping and, the reimbursement fee, if applicable.

              For orders over 300 lei, the shipment is free. The payment can be made on

              line, cash, PO or cash on delivery.
